Automaticon trade fair coming up in March - feel free to join us!
Preparation for next year’s Automaticon trade fair – Poland’s largest professional forum where manufacturers, assemblers and buyers of industrial automation will meet in March and where visitors will be able to find out about innovations in automation, industrial measurement and robotics, among other things are underway.
27th edition of the Automaticon International Trade Fair for Automation and Measurements will take place on 7-9 March 2023 at the Warsaw EXPO XXI, located in the centre of the capital city. Cobots, digital twins, artificial intelligence – is robotisation a remedy for today’s challenges? How does one get the money for it? How to ensure continuity of order processing in unpredictable times? These are just some of the topics that will be discussed at next year’s Automaticon.
Trends and challenges
As in previous years, the organisers have planned an extensive, dedicated programme, closely addressing the industry’s biggest challenges and finding answers on how to meet them. This time there will be as many as nine thematic blocks; these include: automation, robotisation or 3D technologies in the industry. A great deal of attention will also be paid to laboratory measuring instruments for industrial, scientific and teaching purposes, industrial electronics or drives. “It will be three days packed with presentations, technological innovations and discussions on future trends. As a specialised industry event, our forum is a meeting place for the entire innovative industry sector. It is also an excellent platform for business communication and a place to exchange the latest technical ideas, which are key to the development of modern technology in Polish companies,” says Jacek Frontczak, Ph.D., Commissioner of the fair.
Forum formula
Automaticon 2023 is also about workshops, e.g. on programming KUKA robots or obtaining EU funds for research and innovation under Horizon Europe programme and benefiting from the robotisation allowance. “Each year we develop the forum formula. Our modern trade fair format has already acquired an appropriate, coherent visual identity, but we are not resting on changing the setting. We are developing digital tools, such as electronic registration and online catalogues, which are not only a great space to present brands, products and concepts, but also a source of valuable information, enabling us to profile offers in order to better meet the marketing objectives of exhibitors”, emphasises Jacek Frontczak.

Automaticon is organised by Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP The event is well attended by professionals looking for new technical solutions. It also provides a rich source of information for designers and system integrators. The fair is accompanied by the Automaticon 2023 Gold Medal competition, in which a jury awards the prestigious distinction to the automation, measurement and electronics industry.
