The Polish Economic Chamber of Advanced Technology (IZTECH) invites you to the next edition of the international CETEF forum, which will be held on 18-19 November 2024 in Krakow. Łukasiewicz – PIAP is not going to be missed at the event.

The Central European Technology Forum (CETEF) brings together more than 1,000 representatives from the technology, academic and government sectors to discuss breakthrough innovations and technological potential of Central Europe. The forum is an excellent opportunity to see eminent experts, attend thematic conferences and meet to talk about the cooperation potential of the “Horizon Europe” programme.

Dialogue and cooperation in focus

Organised with the support of the European Commission and leading industry leaders, the event is an ideal platform to explore new ideas, build partnerships, shape the new EU Framework Programme and the future of technology in Central Europe. It offers a big bolus of knowledge stemming  from international discussions on European energy policies and technological progress.

CETEF’24 will focus on key technological developments and their role in driving the energy transition in Europe and innovation in high-tech industries. Participants will include stakeholders from 16 countries. Study visits are part of the event. This year’s forum will also feature the second edition of the “Young Scientist Day”.

New technologies on the horizon

Field conferences on the second day will include the “Innovation in Automation, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence: New Technological Horizons” conference organised by Łukasiewicz – PIAP. Experts, scientists and industry representatives will share their experiences and discuss challenges and future developments in these fields. Participants will have an opportunity to learn how the integration of automation, robotics and AI can transform specific sectors of the economy, increasing competitiveness and promoting sustainability. The conference will also introduce the activities of the Industry 4.0 Contact Point, coordinated by Łukasiewicz – PIAP. BPK is a project subsidised by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
