Horizon4Poland '24 - kick-off: 13 November
We are already encouraging you to register for the largest matchmaking event in Central and Eastern Europe – Horizon4Poland ’24, which will take place on 13-14 November 2024 at the Warsaw Airport Hotel. Horizon4Poland is an event that brings together Polish entrepreneurs and representatives of leading institutions in the field of innovation with European partnerships and foreign partners. Efficient cooperation between these actors increases activity in Horizon Europe competitions. This is the biggest research and innovation programme in the history of the European Union. A total of EUR 95.5 billion will be allocated to cutting-edge research and innovative solutions over seven years (2021-2027).
The theme of this year’s event is: ”The Polish Presidency on the Horizon” and refers to Poland’s assumption of the presidency of the Council of the European Union from January 2025 . (together with Cyprus and Denmark). At this year’s event, representatives from more than a dozen European partnerships will be present, including Virtual Worlds, Batt4UE, EIT InnoEnergy, Solar PV, AI Data and Robotics Association, Clean Aviation, SESAR Joint Undertaking, EP PerMed, BrainHealth. New to this edition will be the participation of business partners who are looking for scientists to collaborate on R&D projects and representatives of R&D funding institutions. Visitors will receive full and comprehensive information on sources of funding for R&D projects.
Horizon4Poland’24 is organised by the Industry Contact Points. BPK Industry 4.0 operating at Łukasiewicz – PIAP in Warsaw is organising the session “The issue of convergence: how to bridge the gap between AI, data and robotics?”
This is the third edition of Horizon4Poland ’24. Last year’s conference attracted nearly 400 guests from home and abroad! More than a dozen themed stands and individual meeting spaces awaited participants. Thanks to the invitation and presence of representatives of European partnerships who were speakers at the event, the Horizon4Poland’23 conference was also recognised by the European Commission. We hope it will be the same this year too!
The Honorary Patron of the event is Representation of the European Commission in Poland.
