Cooperation for defence

Łukasiewicz-PIAP begins cooperation with the Military Central Construction and Technology Office. It will focus on mobile robotics, military support systems and technologies to support security and crisis management, among other things.

On 31 January 2025, President of Łukasiewicz Research Network Hubert Cichocki, Director of Łukasiewicz-PIAP Piotr Szynkarczyk and President of the Management Board of the Military Central Construction and Technology Office (member of the Polish Armaments Group) Roman Fiszer – signed a letter of intent for cooperation between our institute and the MCCTO.

In addition to mobile robotics, support systems for the military and technologies supporting security and crisis management, the cooperation will also include an analysis of the feasibility of launching joint technology lines to effectively implement innovative solutions and optimise production processes.
