Research on, and a study of feasibility of, a model of a mobile inspection platform of category M1 with electric drives for explosion hazard areas (MPI-M1)
Program name: Applied research program
Project value: PLN 3,900,000
Amount of subsidy: PLN 3,900,000
Project implementation timeframe: 01/01/2013 – 31/10/2015
Coordinator: EMAG Institute for Innovative Technologies
Project purposes: The goal of the project is to develop a demonstrator of a mobile inspection platform (MPI) with electric drives for explosion hazard areas (e.g., coal mines). The project will deliver a wheeled mobile vehicle equipped with detectors for measurement of physical and chemical parameters of mine air, visible light and IR cameras, rechargeable batteries and electric M1-category drives with double protections.
