Łukasiewicz – PIAP Institute to participate in EEC Trends

Production process automation and robotization, its limitations and benefits will be discussed during the TECH session of the European EEC Trends meeting held on 25 February 2020 in Warsaw. The topics will be discussed by the experts from Łukasiewicz – PIAP Institute.

Dynamic changes in automation and robotization are a real challenge for all market participants and their implementation in production is a key success factor. How to succeed? What are the obstacles and limitations? Those and other questions will be answered during the “Production automation and robotization. Benefits and limitations” discussion panel attended by Joanna Kulik and Łukasz Wojtczak – Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP experts in automation and robotization in the industry.

The congress will be held at 25 February in Sheraton hotel, Warsaw and will be attended by Jadwiga Emilewicz, Minister of Development and Piotr Dardziński, president of Łukasiewicz Research Network, who will participate in the discussion on Polish economy on its road to modernity and conditions that must be met to achieve the higher level of digitization, Industry 4.0, innovation, creativity and use of know-how in business. The congress will include lectures and debates by experts, presentations of good practice and case studies. The participants will include representatives of leading companies and organizations, ENEA SA, KGHM Polska Miedź SA, National Centre for Research and Development NCBiR and Polish Development Fund SA.

EEC Trends replaces the Changing Polish Industry forum organized for the last 20 years by PTWP Group. It is a prelude to the European Economic Congress (EEC) – the largest economic event in Central Europe – which will be held in May.
