We invite you to MSPO!

The International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO in Kielce starts in three weeks. Łukasiewicz – PIAP will present an offer for counter-terrorism services. Visit our stall no. 53 in pavilion D!

From 6 to 9 September, the annual defence exhibition will be held in the capital of the Świętokrzyskie Province and the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP will not to be missing there. Security and explosive ordnance reconnaissance aboard aircraft, in means of mass transportation and strategic facilities – these are just some of the topics of focus at the Łukasiewicz – PIAP stall.

During the International Defence Industry Exhibition, you will have the opportunity to watch, among other things, the work of the PIAP GRYF digital EOD robot designed for operations in the narrow spaces between aircraft seats. A manipulator with a range of more than 2 metres can safely open and check the overhead luggage compartment. Also making its debut in Kielce will be a heavy-duty EOD robot – PIAP IBIS in digital version, used for airport operations, among other things.

Another highlight of the Łukasiewicz – PIAP presentation will be the integration of the  PIAP PATROL medium mobile robot and Asseco Poland’s MayFly minidrone. Its goal is to increase the rage of reconnaissance performed by the robot and use the drone as a virtual mast – a source of information for the operator.

We will also present the mobile STENÓS system for digital direct radiography by LOGOS Imaging, mounted on the latest version of the PIAP IBIS digital robot, and the stall of our partner JAKUSZ will present the PIAP PATROL robot in the “strong” version – with a new manipulator ready to lift packages weighing up to 50 kg. It’s also worth becoming acquainted with the fruit of Łukasiewicz – PIAP’s cooperation with the Military Institute of Engineering Technology from Wroclaw – the guided anti-tank mine Jarzębina-K developed by WITI, placed on the PIAP GRYF mobile robot platform.

The International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce is currently the largest and most important event of its kind in the central part of the old continent, with a history of more than a quarter century.

The Warsaw-based Łukasiewicz Institute – PIAP has for more than 20 years been developing methods and means used in reconnaissance of terrain and hard-to-reach places and the most effective ways of detecting various types of threats, including CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear). We invite you to visit stall  53 in pavilion D and take a closer look at our wide range of solutions. More information is available at antyterroryzm.com
