Gender Equality Plan

The Gender Equality Plan (GEP) for the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP has been prepared for the years 2024–2030.

The Gender Equality Plan is addressed to all people working at Łukasiewicz – PIAP. The Łukasiewicz – PIAP is a workplace where the principles of non-discrimination and equal opportunities for women and men are respected. The institute respects existing human rights regulations protecting against discrimination and violence and strives to implement the highest standards to ensure equal treatment.

The purpose of the Gender Equality Plan is to systematize efforts to ensure a safe workplace for all Employees at the institute, based on the principles of respect for equality, diversity, tolerance and freedom from discrimination of any kind.

The development and implementation of the Gender Equality Plan aims to guarantee all Employees equal opportunities for unhindered professional, scientific and personal development regardless of gender, nationality, sexual orientation, religion or political beliefs.

The task of the Gender Equality Plan is to promote, implement and monitor measures ensuring gender equality and diversity and to prevent all forms of discrimination in the workplace.
