A device for cutting the material with simultaneous forming of objects consists of star-shaped jaws sliding in guides, having lateral and working surfaces, one of the jaws having a cutting element (5) on its lateral edge, forming with the opening in the front plate (7) a cutting pair (6) of material (8), which is shaped by the working surfaces (4) as part of the same cutting cycle.
