Legal services in Lukasiewicz for the introduction of organizational innovations

Supporting the activities of the Łukasiewicz Centre in the implementation of the Legal Services in Łukasiewicz project in terms of introducing an organizational innovation – implementing a model of legal services for the Łukasiewicz Research Network, taking into account the separateness of the Centre and individual Łukasiewicz Institutes.

The President of the Łukasiewicz Centre has appointed the Network Institutes to carry out the task of supporting the activities by the Łukasiewicz Centre in the implementation of the Legal Service in Łukasiewicz project for the introduction of an organizational innovation – implementing a model of legal services for the Łukasiewicz Research Network, taking into account the separateness of the Centre and individual Łukasiewicz Institutes.

This task is carried out by the six institutes of the Łukasiewicz Network:

1) Łukasiewicz Research Network – Poznań Institute of Technology,

2) Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP,

3) Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Innovative Technologies EMAG,

4) Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Precision Engineering,

5) Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute for Sustainable Technologies.

Scope of work performed as part of the task:

  1. Identification of best practices at all Łukasiewicz Institutes and the Łukasiewicz Centre in the area of legal services and development of assumptions for the development of legal service principles at Łukasiewicz.
  2. Detailed identification of the area to be covered by the legal service principles
    at Łukasiewicz.
  3. Drafting rules for the functioning of a forum for the exchange of experience and legal knowledge and a Database of common legal opinions and positions on the basis of the team’s work to date in the Lukasiewicz Legal Services project, taking into account the elements necessary for modelling in BPMN.
  4. Development of BPMN maps from the principles set out above.
  5. Analysis of the ideas collected from the Łukasiewicz Institutes and the Łukasiewicz Centre forming the project team and, based on this, preparation of the principles of legal services for Łukasiewicz.
  6. Running a workshop in terms of the principles developed.
