OFERA project
Robotic platform including systems with limited processing capacity – Open Framework for Embedded Robot Applications (OFERA).

OFERA project (Open Framework for Embedded Robot Applications) aims to create a micro-ROS environment expanding the ROS (Robot Operating System) ecosystem capabilities with microcontrollers for easy integration of sensors and other devices with robotic systems.
The Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP will design and perform benchmark tests to determine the parameters and support the system development. Łukasiewicz – PIAP will also establish the requirements, develop usage scenarios for PIAP SCOUT® robots and autonomy module and support its partners in micro-ROS software development.
