The Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP is an innovative Polish center for robotics and automation. It specializes in the automation and robotization of production lines and factories, as well as the development of industrial applications using robots. The institute designs and implements new technologies, automation systems, production devices, and specialized control and measurement equipment across various industries. We are looking for a person to provide support for the project: Respiration.

Information about project:

The RESPIRATION project focuses on improving air purification by removing fine particles smaller than 2.5 μm using acoustic fields and resonators. It aims to develop theoretical and computer models of acoustic coagulation and study the effects of high-frequency oscillations on air quality. The research will include simulations using ANSYS and physical experiments to optimize resonator designs for better efficiency. The project also explores the potential of mobile air purification systems integrated with autonomous robots for emergency applications. Results will be disseminated through publications, conferences, and online platforms to advance knowledge in this innovative field.

 I.        Reqruitments:

  • Understanding of the principles of air purification in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry,
  • Understanding of the principles of using ultrasonic technologies,
  • Ability to search for information and justify own scientific decisions and opinions,
  • Attention to detail when working with data,
  • Skills in working with measuring instruments and conducting experiments,
  • Ability to operate office programs: WORD, EXCEL,
  • Language knowledge: communicative English.

 II. Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design, assembly, and adjustment of laboratory stands and equipment for experiments,
  • Conduct computer simulations and assist in experimental studies,
  • Gather experimental data, process it, and prepare comprehensive reports based on findings,
  • Process and organize research information for presentation in publications.
